SIM Tracking

Our SIM Tracking solution helps you to track your driver or vehicle without a smartphone with more accuracy. You can track anytime across India. To set up SIM Tracking for the driver, please follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Masters > Driver.
  2. Create master data with basic details and Phone No.
  3. After saving the form, your driver will be listed on the table.
  4. Now, “edit” the driver data.
  5. Click on “SIM” Tracking” and enable it.
  6. A consent SMS will be sent to the driver’s phone number.
  7. Ask the driver to “give permission” for SIM Tracking by replying “Y” to the consent message.
  8. [OR] Ask the driver to call the Toll-Free Number 7303777719 and press 1.

Note: Once consent is given, It will take min. 20 minutes to enable tracking.
